Denver’s Historic Elitch Theatre, the city’s oldest cultural venue, has suffered its sixth break-in since April, with the latest caught on camera showing teens wandering inside and taking photos after forcing entry. Though no major damage was reported, the repeated intrusions have left volunteers frustrated and financially strained as they continue preserving the 134-year-old landmark. Organizers are now asking for the public’s help identifying the individuals responsible. #HistoricElitchTheatre

From its start in 1890 as Elitch’s Zoological Gardens—a mix of gardens, zoo, and theater—Elitch Gardens has been a Denver tradition for generations. It later grew into one of the nation’s first amusement parks, famous for its wooden roller coasters and summer entertainment. After nearly a century in North Denver, the park relocated downtown in 1995, where it still thrills crowds today as Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park, a landmark of fun in the Mile High City. | I'm From Denver
