The Daytona Beach Police Department’s Patrol Unit successfully apprehended Timothy Golphin. Golphin, 49, has been charged with obstruction of an officer without violence, driving with a revoked license as a habitual offender, and fleeing or eluding law enforcement with disregard for safety.
