Yesterday was an exciting day at both ends of the railway. Not only did we have the arrivals of “Flying Scotsman” at Grosmont, we also had the first training sessions for our crews on Locomotion No. 1 at Pickering. We are very lucky to have 200 years of railway history connected by 18 miles of track this autumn.
