Every summer night, thousands of people gather to see the world's largest urban bat colony emerge from under the Congress Avenue Bridge in downtown Austin, Texas. These 1.5 million bats are fun to watch, but they're also making our world a better place to live, eating millions of insects each night! You can volunteer with BCI at the bridge to help educate the thousands of visitors over the summer about bats. Our education program at Congress Ave Bridge is proudly supported by a grant from the Da
