Feb 11, 2025 · To The Editor: I want to heartily thank the four members of the Putnam County Legislature for their excellent article “Putnam Needs Change”. You effectively outlined the major failures of this legislative body. It is beyond the pale for an elected county legislature to stifle dissent and punish fellow members for their opinions and/or personality.
