Tech company Nothing has big plans for 2025, as a leaked email already revealed. But though we knew a new phone announcement was imminent, today’s model is a surprise. Instead of the expected Phone (3), it’s the Phone (3a) series. Here’s why this makes sense.

Nothing is all set to unveil its latest smartphone series, the Nothing Phone 3a, on March 4, with the launch event scheduled to kick off at 3:30 PM IST. The tech brand is expected to release two models under the series: the standard Nothing Phone 3a and the more premium 3a Pro variant.

Nothing confirmed today that they will launch the Nothing Phone 3a on March 4. This date was first teased earlier in the week, and as expected because this is how Nothing operates, that was only the beginning of what may end up being dozens of teases ahead.
