Monday has been declared an Alert Day as severe storms move through South-Central Pennsylvania, with Mount Joy experiencing significant flooding.

Specific dumpsters will be available for Mount Joy Borough residents to dispose of storm-damaged items on Friday and Saturday, according to the borough.
