Charges have been filed against a man following a fatal shooting at a Kansas City liquor store Monday evening.

A fight Monday night that involved several people inside a Kansas City, Missouri, store ended with gunfire and one man dead.

A judge approved the motion requested by an attorney representing Joseph Lapsley during a hearing on April 29.
