The death of a young girl from Texas is gripping the nation after her mother said she took her own life after classmates bullied her over her U.S. immigration status.

A 41-year-old Moore man died Saturday after he was struck by a vehicle as he walked along a Cleveland County road, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
