MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo will be sidelined through the All-Star break due to a left calf strain, coach Doc Rivers confirmed on Sunday prior to the team's matchup with the Philadelphia 76ers. Antetokounmpo, the league's second-leading scorer, has not played since Feb. 2, due to a combination of lower-body issues.

Milwaukee star Giannis Antetokounmpo, sidelined by a left calf strain, will miss the NBA All-Star Game, and Bucks coach Doc Rivers said Sunday he is unlikely to play before that.

According to ESPN insider Shams Charania, Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out for the game and he will be sidelined through the next week, currently nursing a mid-calf strain. Antetokounmpo has been out of the lineup since Feb. 2 when the Bucks suffered a 132-119 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies .
