WINDSOR, ONTARIO - Canadian Detroit Lions fans are showing their support for the team by putting on a Lions drone show which will be visible from Michigan. The city of South Detroit, also known as Windsor, Ontario, is doing the drone show above the Windsor waterfront on Friday, January 10 at 7:00 p.m. sharp, weather permitting.

The Lions will take Wednesday off, practice Thursday, then take the weekend off before returning to prepare for the first playoff game next week.

The Lions still have work to do this season, but their 2025 opponents — which include nine teams that made the 2024 playoffs —have been set.

On Monday, a special surprise made a pit stop downtown. As part of the team's "We Want More Tour," fans both young and old could get their first taste of playoff fever, with some even getting decked out in special gear to meet Roary. Lifelong fans like Paul Sarrach say this team has been worth the wait.

The Lions will host the Los Angeles Rams, the Minnesota Vikings, the Washington Commanders, or the Green Bay Packers, depending on which team is the lowest-seeded coming out of the Wild Card round. The Lions will host the game either Jan. 18 or 19.

Home games against the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburg Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers highlight the Lions' 2025 schedule. In addition to hosting NFC North rivals Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings, the Lions will welcome in the Cowboys, Buccaneers (NFC South champions), Steelers, New York Giants and Cleveland Browns.

The "We Want More" bus tour, a hype bus from Detroit, made a stop in Grand Rapids Tuesday night. The Lions are fresh off a Sunday night win against the Vikings, making their team champions of the NFC. Dan Campbell and the Lions are in the middle of the best season in the franchise's history, and fans say it's been a long time coming.
