Diddy's fate will be in the hands of 12 jurors who will decide if he committed a series of sex crimes over, even as the feds may have lost one of their top witnesses

The jury in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking and racketeering trial was not seated as was expected Friday. Instead, it will happen early Monday, with opening statements in the case to follow.

The judge in the sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs announced that the parties agreed on a final pool of New Yorkers that will be used to find 12 jurors and 6 alternates. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all the allegations in the case. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
