Anupam Mittal, one of the judges on Shark Tank India, jumped into the heated controversy surrounding comedian Samay Raina and YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia after their India’s Got Latent episode was pulled from YouTube on 19 February 2025 due to backlash over alleged offensive content.

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, known as BeerBiceps, has issued a public apology for an inappropriate comment he made on Samay Raina's YouTube show, ‘India's Got Latent.’

He pointed out that India’s Got Latent was never meant to be a highbrow discourse. “It was always about insults, vulgarity, irreverence, and shock. Like it or hate it, that was the show.”

This comes after the Gauhati High Court asked Ashish Chanchlani to appear before the investigating officer within 10 days.

Samay Raina removed all episodes of India's Got Latent from YouTube following a controversy involving Ranveer Allahbadia. Download links for the episodes have surfaced on social media, but their legality remains uncertain as the Supreme Court criticized Allahbadia's obscene remarks during the show.
