Rapid City teacher arrested after threatening to ‘kill everyone who has government official’
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A Rapid City man was arrested Monday, accused of threatening multiple government officials, including former Governor Kristi Noem and current Governor Larry Rhoden.
