CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cavaliers wrapped up their summer league schedule Wednesday with a 94-86 loss to the Sacramento Kings in Las Vegas. Rookie Tyrese Proctor had his best game as a pro, erupting for 35 points on 11-of-24 shooting.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — As you read this, keep in mind that I tend to fall in love with prospects. The NBA Summer League has always been fun to watch. A few years ago, I was raving about Isaiah Mobley. He’s the older brother of the Cavs’ Evan Mobley.

The Cavs have a number of intriguing options to choose from. Nae’Qwan Tomlin was an early standout when he erupted for 30 points in his first game of the summer. He followed that performance with a 22-point outing, but has been relatively quiet since then.

Heading into Wednesday, Proctor was averaging 11.3 points while shooting 29 percent from the floor and 30 percent from three. Cleveland drafted Proctor in the second round with the 39th overall pick. Quickly after bringing him into the organization, the Cavaliers reportedly signed the former Duke guard to a four-year deal.
