Spirit AeroSystems Holdings’ management cited substantial doubt about its ability to continue due to cash flow and liquidity issues.

Spirit AeroSystems shareholders have agreed to a Boeing buy out that would see the Wichita-based firm rejoin the planemaker 20 years after splitting.

Spirit AeroSystems said on Monday it expects to post a higher-than-expected quarterly revenue, driven by restarted production at the aerospace supplier's biggest customer, Boeing. Shares of the company rose about 1% in premarket trading.
