The U.S. Army has named the third service member who died in the collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and a commercial plane.

The Army identified the third soldier on the Black Hawk helicopter involved in the midair crash over the Potomac River Wednesday night as Capt. Rebecca M. Lobach.

National Transportation Safety Board officials are analyzing flight data to determine the time and altitude of each aircraft involved, and the U.S. Army has identified the third soldier killed in the collision.
