Q: I just noticed my rear window defroster has a big gap in the middle that doesn’t defrost. It’s about 2 inches tall. I was told the window needs to be replaced to fix this and it’s really expensive.

Question: My rear window has a strip of glass that doesn’t defrost like the rest of the window. It bugs me, because it’s right in my view behind the car. What can be done to fix this? – Irlinda M.
