May 7—The Libby Logger tennis teams have been busy with four matches in the last nine days. Most recently, Libby hosted Columbia Falls at home. The girls won 5-2 while the boys tied 3-3.

May 3—Last Saturday, April 30 was a big day for baseball in Libby — the annual Little League parade, followed by opening day. It was opening day for the Libby Logger Legion baseball team.

Libby held its graduation ceremony on May 30, a Monday, so that the softball team had enough time to return from an exhausting trip to the State A tourney in Miles City, where the Loggers went 3-2.
