A man was brought to a hospital with a head injury after a TD with another man in the stands at TD Garden during a Bruins game, police said.

Carrick landed a pair of right hands early, but Kastelic rallied with a few of his own late and ended up on top. The Bruins forward delivered one more shot while Carrick was down and earned a 10-minute misconduct in addition to the 5 minutes each got for fighting.
