Several Colorado Avalanche skaters get the call to join national teams at 2026 Winter Olympics
Several members of the Colorado Avalanche have been selected to join their national teams in Milan, Italy, for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The Colorado Avalanche host the Toronto Maple Leafs at Ball Arena on Monday, Jan. 12 at 10 p.m. ET. The matchup will air on ESPN+. Colorado secured a 4-0 victory at home its last time out on Jan. 10 against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman brought attention to the Colorado Avalanche’s past pursuit of New York Rangers forward Artemi Panarin, referencing a previous four-year, $52 million offer made when Panarin was last a free agent in the summer of 2019.
The Colorado Avalanche will be at the center of the hockey analytics world this March, hosting what is expected to be the sport’s largest analytics conference of the season at Ball Arena in Denver.
“Bernie’s Mountain Showdown,” the latest animated program in the NHL HOCKEYVERSE, is geared toward families and young fans and will be carried locally on My20 (KTVD-TV) and Altitude 2, as well as streaming on Altitude+. The program will air alongside the traditional broadcast of the game on 9NEWS (KUSA-TV) and Altitude Sports.
