A funeral service will be held later this week for a Pennsylvania police officer who was killed last weekend while responding to a gunman inside a hospital intensive care unit

Diogenes Archangel-Ortiz was removed from the hospital by security the previous night following a diagnosis that there was no other treatment available for his wife, the official said.
