A Ukrainian drone strike killed one person and wounded three others in the Russian city of Voronezh, local officials said Sunday. Meanwhile, thousands of residents were still without power in Kyiv, following an intense Russian bombardment.

Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, has posted a video showing the Oreshnik ballistic missile, issuing threats towards European countries that are prepared to deploy troops to Ukraine after a peace deal is reached.

The Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile was said to be used in the attack on Lviv, about 60 kilometers (37 miles) from the Polish border, marking the first ballistic missile attack against the city during the war.
