The Las Vegas Raiders defensive end appears to be happy that his next head coach will be Pete Carroll after years of turnover.

For Raiders star defensive end Maxx Crosby, the 2024 season was one of utter frustration. Not only did the Raiders come up far short of expectations with their 4-13 record, but Crosby was hit with an injury to his ankle that forced him to miss the first game of his career, and ended his season in Week 14.

Crosby caught the attention of Raiders and NFL fans on Jan. 24 when he shared a cryptic social media post that fueled speculation heading into the offseason. "Undisputed.
