Marcus Jordan, the son of basketball legend Michael Jordan, is at the center of a legal controversy that has rocked the entertainment industry.

TMZ reports Jordan fled from a traffic stop before getting his Lamborghini stuck on a set of railroad tracks early Tuesday in Maitland, Florida.

According to TMZ, Marcus, 34, pleaded not guilty in his DUI case on Friday, February 7. The reality star was previously arrested on Monday, February 3, for driving under the influence, cocaine possession and resisting arrest, TMZ reported. He was later released on $4,000 bond, an Orange County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson told USA Today.
