The high school girls basketball playoffs are underway in most states, and from the regular season through the postseason, High School on SI will publish our national plays of the week. Our staff watched a bunch of highlights from last week's high school girls basketball games across the nation and picked our top 10 plays.

The Red Knights are led by NCAA Division I-bound seniors Nevaeh Caffey and Peyton Hill, who are averaging 17.2 and 16.1 points per game. Caffey is going to Indiana of the Big 10 Conference. Hill is heading to Eastern Michigan

(KWTX) - The Fairfield High School Girls Basketball Team defeated West also 61-56 and will be playing for their 3rd state championship in program history. This will be Fairfield’s fifth time in the state tournament in the last six years.
