"Beware of Steep undisclosed security deposit. Before I even confirmed my reservation but after deducting the money from my account, the Jungle House sent me an email saying I had to pay $300 security deposit within 45 minutes or they would give my room away. I didn't have the extra money or credit so they sold my room to someone else and kept my money. I was visiting because my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. What a rip off."

"I called and messaged various times, no response from Sally even though coworkers notified her. Also, office hours are only on particular days and times. Stay away from this poorly run and terrible business."
