"This was an expensive trip and I feel disappointed, four adults at 40 euro each, no concessions for over 65 and my three grandchildren, 9,10 and 12 where 28.40 euro each, to top it all the toilets are 1.20 each if you use your card, there you go (or not) 248 euro and extra for a pee."

"I have been living in Australia for twenty years. During a visit to my relatives in Knin, I took the opportunity to visit the Krka National Park on October 19th and 20th, 2025. During my visit, I observed several shortcomings in customer service and subsequently made some suggestions to the park's top manager (ravanteljica) in Sibenik to address these issues. Unfortunately, I received no response. I then repeated my suggestions to the Minister responsible for appointing the national park's top management, but after twenty days, there was still no reply from any of the individuals overseeing this national treasure of Lijepa Nasa. What disappointed me the most? Firstly, only cash payments were accepted, and no cards? How many Australians, Americans, or Canadians carry cash around? Hardly anyone. What are these overseas visitors supposed to do when they see a "Cash Only" sign and have no cash? The park is losing significant revenue by not accepting card payments. Secondly, at Burnum, the receptionist recommended we visit the museum in Puljani. However, we couldn't find any road signs indicating the museum's location, as it was actually called Eco-Campus Krka. We only found it the next day due to the lack of proper signage. Thirdly, since we couldn't locate the museum, we had to return the next day, only to be told that our tickets had expired. There was no validity period printed on the entry tickets for the six attractions. On October 20th, I had to plead with the headquarters in Sibenik to allow us entry to Eco-Campus Krka without paying the entry fee again. One somewhat inattentive lady on the phone said they would let us visit the fantastic Eco-Campus Krka without charge. However, we were not allowed to see Roski Slap. Why is a ticket for six attractions only valid for one day? In the summer heat, it is impossible and potentially dangerous to visit all six attractions in one day. The most positive experience was at the wonderful Eco-Campus Krka with the guides Zrinka and another competent lady who both gave an excellent presentation of this great facility, which is very difficult to find, especially if directed from Burnum to the museum in Puljani. Eco-Campus Krka was empty of visitors. Does the management understand that this is due to poor signage and a lack of clear information about the facility's impressive archaeological collection and other features?"

"We recently stayed at Vila Waterfalls, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was that there was no heating and no hot water throughout our weekend stay, which made it incredibly uncomfortable, especially given the weather. When we addressed this with the owner, we were shocked by her complete lack of concern. Not only did she fail to offer any solution, but she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. A basic level of hospitality includes ensuring that guests have access to essential amenities, and when something goes wrong, a professional and considerate response is expected. Sadly, that was not the case here. Breakfast was interesting - cold cuts and some scrambled eggs, but their “juice “ was artificial mix of water and cedevita - please don’t call that juice ! We would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay."
