"I got a shellac manicure on February 4, 2025, before leaving for Mexico on February 5. Unfortunately, two of my nails pealed off within a week. When I returned from Mexico, I had the polish removed. Neither the salon nor the technician offered an apology or a refund, despite the fact that I paid over $70, including tip! - very disappointed!!"

"I have scheduled appointments with Madison and she has canceled multiple times. I had an urgent need to get my hair done and I was happy that she had an opening and then she canceled. I think this is unprofessional considering she did it the day before. I had to scurry around and try to find someone else which was inconvenient for me. The couple times I did go to her she overcharged and was not very friendly."
